Tomorrow Is Mine

THE CLIENT: Established in Tamshui, Taiwan in 1987, Liuli workshop was the first of its kind and has grew into Asia’s largest Liuli arts brand with over 70 galleries around the world. Founded by Loretta Hui-shan Yang and Chang Yi, Liuligongfang epitomizes Chinese culture and the lost art of Chinese glass art.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PUBLICIST PR was engaged by LIULIGONGFANG in 2010 to handle the launch of the Silence Within Fire Collection, grand VIP event with founders and artistes. The agency created a media campaign targeting English dailies to share the stories behind the creation of LIULIGONGFANG and more than 300 guests attended the VIP opening including key media, local celebrities and high society members. Publicist PR has remained on retainer and has since been instrumental in promoting the launch of Metta: Love and Compassionate through a press conference in Kuala Lumpur.

RESULTS: The Silence Within Fire received massive blanket coverage across English dailies, TV and broadcast and the collections continues to receive praise from Singapore’s top media outlets including Business Times, AsiaOne, Men’s Folio Magazine, Singapore Talter Magazine, Prestige Magazine, Peak Magazine, Channel 8 Good Morning Singapore, Primetime Morning TV and newsradio 95.8 radio, to name a few. Since the successful launch, the agency was also managing the press conference in Kuala Lumpur and the Silence Within Fire Exhibition in Eastern and Oriental Hotel, Penang.
