BEHOLD CHOTTO MATTE’S NEW OMAKASE MENU

Singapore, JUNE 2015 – CHOTTO MATTE introduces new Omakase menu this June to provide new diners an opportunity to enjoy premium Omakase.

 

Diners have the choice of sitting at the main dining area or at the chef’s table comprising of 5 counter seats.

 

Helmed by Head Chef, Alan Tan, who was formerly trained by Andrew Walsh, the head chef at Esquina, the highlights of Chotto Matte’s new menu features fresh air-flow seafood from Tsukiji Fish Market in Tokyo shipped directly to the restaurant. Young and creative, he has delivered an innovative menu combining traditional Japanese fare with a modern twist.

 

There are two seatings at 5:30 and 8 p.m from Mondays to Sundays and reservations are required. Here now, a look at the new menu offered at Japanese Cuisine by Omakase.

 

Five courses:

  1. Today's appetizer

  2. Today's fish from Tsukiji: Five kinds of high-end fish from Tsukiji Market

  3. Sushi: Assorted Sushi

  4. Main Course – Grilled wagyu with truffle sauce and grilled vegetables or Grilled Kurobuta Pork Loin with Spicy Truffles Goma Sauce

  5. Assorted desserts

11.30 am – midnight (Last order for lunch at 2pm)

Closed from 3-5pm
