Founded in Hong Kong, EasyVan started operations in Singapore in mid-2014 and appointed Publicist PR as its public relations and marketing agency in early 2015. As the leading tech startup in on-demand same-day delivery services, EasyVan needed an agency to raise its public profile and establish links with prospective clients and partners in the logistics domain. Starting with being the official logistics partner for the Singapore Cocktail Week and providing support for the Red Cross International Bazaar, EasyVan made headway into the F&B arena with lead generation from the partnerships. This is followed by EasyVan’s participation in the Singapore Blogshop Festival, a congregation of quirky e-shops turned physical and a fun way to expose the brand to smaller ecommerce players.

On the broadcast front, EasyVan assisted 987FM in delivering prizes for the latter’s Mother’s Day contest. Throughout the engagement, Publicist PR supported EasyVan’s social media campaigns and online marketing efforts, and drove marketing leads to the business development team with prospects ranging from ecommerce merchants to F&B franchises. The publicity activities culminated with the rebranding of EasyVan to lalamove, a celebratory milestone of the client’s endeavours with a redesigned web app and S$1 million of logistics credit to be given away.
