THE CLIENT: Established in 2002, Koufu's mission is to provide great food and service for its customers to enjoy through their deep roots in traditional Singaporean cooking and in true coffee shop tradition.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Publicist PR was appointed by Koufu in 2017 to oversee the official launch of their new 'smart' Happy Hawkers outlet at 872C Tampines. The new coffee shop featured automated technologies like the Smart Tray Return Robots and Self-Order Kiosks, among other productive technologies.

RESULTS: Koufu successfully attained coverage among media including, but not limited to, The Straits Times, TODAY, Lianhe Zaobao, The Business Times, XinFlavours, local news channels like Suria, and more.
