Singapore, November 2014 – Celebrate this holiday season with Takumi Kacyo! Executive Chef Kenji Okumura has curated a delectable Christmas menu, putting his own spin on the classic Christmas offerings. Take a step back from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a scrumptious meal overlooking the Marina at Keppel Bay.


The Takumi Kacyo Christmas menu incorporates only the freshest ingredients from Japan. The 7-course meal will take you on a Japanese festive journey beginning with Seafood Carpaccio with Wasabi Dressing. Using only the best seafood, the ingredients are imported directly from Japan’s famed Tsukiji Market. Following that, the appetizers are a refreshing Teppan Vegetable Salad with Sesame Sauce and a hearty Edamame Potage Soup. Sampling from both the Takumi and Kacyo menus, the Christmas menu is a holistic representation of all the wonderful flavors of Takumi Kacyo.


Charcoal Grilled Sea Bream with Basil Siokouji Sauce is the fourth course on the menu which is swiftly followed by a homemade Sorbet to cleanse the palette for the main course – Teppan Rossini Style Steak (Beef & Foie Gras) with Plum Wine Sauce. Rounding out the menu is a Christmas Special Dessert.  The entire menu pairs well with a variety of Sake and Shochu, of which Takumi Kacyo has plenty.  Diners are also treated to a complimentary glass of sparkling wine as we toast to a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!


Takumi Kacyo Christmas Menu is priced at $180++ and will be available 24th December – 25th December 2014.
