Klarity Beauty Brunch with Mediacorp Actress Julie Tan

Hello there, just a while back, we had the pleasure of launching Singapore's first halal skincare brand - Klarity with a K-beauty panel.

We invited Mediacorp celebrity Ms Julia Tan, celebrity make up artist Dollei Seah as well as former beauty queen, Ms Cordelia to share their beauty secrets through a beauty brunch at Salt.

Formulated by Korean dermatologists with medical grade ingredients, Klarity is a premium skincare brand without any haram (prohibited) components or ingredients such as alcohol and other intoxicants, pork and its by-products, and animals slaughtered in the Islamic way, it is the perfect for muslim women who have been looking for a halal skincare option.

Many women are increasingly concered about skincare products containing alcohol and animal fats. Unlike other skincare brands, Klarity Miracle CC lotion is not only non-comedogenic and paraben free, it is also enriched with diamond powder, giving you the instant glow after application. Enriched with wild rosehip extract, which is a source of powerful antioxidant, it helps to prolong skin youthfulness.

Klarity Lasertox™ CC Miracle Whitening Lotion protects skin from harmful UV rays, preventing photo-aging and dark spots. This 11-in-1 multi functions CC lotion is light on skin and colorant free. The non-sticky and non-oily formula leaves skin smoother and hydrated.

As Singapore's first halal skincare brand, Klarity Skincare consists of four product lines - Klarity Lasertox™ CC Miracle Whitening Lotion, Lasertox V-Line Shape Up and Laser V-Lift Mask. All products are available at BHG, Sasa, Luxola and www.klarity.sg

Ever fresh faced and luminous, the radiant star who is a great CC Cream user was poised as she shared her views on beauty and skincare.

Our K-beauty panel was formed by Miss Singapore runner-up, Ms Cordelia, Mediacorp Artist, Julie Tan and make up artist, Ms Dollei all giving their take on what makes the Klarity Lasertox Miracle CC lotion such a great winner.

Confessions of a Foodie PR Girl

Being part of Publicist PR has allowed me to be able to do what I love – meet new people and eat. Why eat you may ask? Since the day I stepped into Publicist PR, I was assigned the lifestyle – food accounts, hence being able to eat.

I was given access to and alliances with chefs, restaurateurs, food photographers, food influencers and food organizations to solidify meaningful consumer and trade media coverage—in both traditional and social media outlets through hosting.

In order for me to be a good host, I needed to research on the finer points of dining as well as wine pairing.  Fortunately, as a foodie, this comes quite naturally for me.

Apart from getting to sample great cuisine, the best part about being a lifestyle publicist is to be able to meet new friends including celebrities. I have enjoyed working with the clients and appreciate the labor of love for chefs to prepare a great meal.

Meeting the stars for a tasting session definitely leaves you star struck! I had to keep a straight face and professional demeanor despite being fan-girl of Rosalyn Lee (Rozz), Stephanie Carrington and Liv Lo!  My tip for PR enthusiasts is to always smile and be prepared with list of talking points before introducing the chef. That pretty much leaves you star-stuck yet still doing your job without fumbling over.

I have also managed to meet up with other amazing people such as William from Only William, The Influencer Media, The Smart Local, Simply Mommie, Accidental Mum Blogger, Honeycombers, Thumbs For Food and Be Wicked! Magazine.

xx,
Amanda
